As if the wait for p0gman's new EP wasn't long enough, Beatport decided to drop the EP three days late, but the wait was well worth it! The Wolverhampton, UK, native has been dominating the dubstep scene since 2010, and has established himself as a prominent player in the industry. His heavy yet wobbly music style has captured the hearts of many, and has bass music fans craving more.
His "Rec0very" EP was released on Thursday via IAMAudio, which actually happens to be p0g's own label. The EP contains six essential tracks, demonstrating his ability to master different genres of bass from wonk to DnB. The fourth track "W0lf T0wn" especially caught my attention with its heavy bounce.
The cover of his album is actually his status right now: recovery mode. While on his North America tour this summer, he got into some heavy moshing and then bam, broken ankle. The crutches definitely don't slow him down though! Catch him finishing up the rest of his tour this month at a city near you!
