Quinceanera + Turn Up = Quimbara (RUM DRUM Remix)

The intersection of latin and electronic music has bred a lineage of genres including Moombahton, Cumbiaton, and Bailafunk.  Perhaps Rum Drum should be the next genre in that list as they’ve basically given salsa music, electronic and club a facelift with the RUM DRUM remix of Celia Cruz‘s “Quimbara.”  Primed to convert a Quinceanera into a twerk-a-thon, RUM DRUM goes Berzerker on the beat and inspires listeners to bring it to the floor.

If you’re not thinking about getting tribal by the time you’ve listened once, go get your ears checked…
