Holy fucking Ship batman, here Gary goes again. You throw an all-star lineup Diplo
, Justin Martin
, Dillon Francis
, Kill The Noise
, and even Doge in a trailer and that's just the tip of the iceberg. There are 94 acts scheduled with more to be announced, on five stages, and two days of greatness in Los Angeles at Hard Summer 2014. If that doesn't make you get out of your seat and dance a little bit at some point throughout the day you might want to go make sure your heart is still beating. From Techno to Electro to G House to Hip Hop there is a little bit of everything at Hard this year. Here is the lineup for your enjoyment.
Although being in downtown LA at a festival does have its own feels like the train rushing by, the move to Whittier Narrows Recreational Area should be a good one. There is 1400+ acres of space as opposed to LA Historic State Parks' 32 acres, with green grass, trees, and even three lakes (just in case you feel the urge). This venue is only 13 miles from the original location so for those of you that still want to stay downtown LA you have that option, however it makes it a lot easier and cheaper to stay close to the venue this year.
You have many options when it comes to purchasing tickets. First off you can buy single day passes for just under $89. 2 Day General Admission tickets are $172.10 after fees and they also have a payment plan option. 2 day VIP 21+ tickets are $306 after fees, also with a payment plan option and includes the following: Exclusive Fast-Track entry into festival (skip the GA line), Exclusive Hospitality areas with expanded bar options, upgraded semi-exclusive restrooms, plush couches, with direct views of the multiple stages. Parking passes are also available through Ticketmaster for $33 for two days.
