Freaknight 2014: Phase One Lineup Release

The 18th installment of Freaknight brought to us by USC Events is set to be extra freaky, as it is on Halloween again this year.  October 31st from 6 PM to 2 AM and November 1st 4 PM to 12 AM (Go Hawks!) are the dates and times so mark your calendars.  Tickets will be on sale July 23rd at 12 PM and you should also be on the lookout for our giveaway that will be up soon.

Phase One Lineup (In Alphabetical Order)

  • Carl Cox & Friends - The biggest surprise of the release by far comes from the house god that is Carl Cox.  He has had stages at EDCLV, Ultra Miami, and other festivals around the world.

  • Dillon Francis - Will we see Dillon, DJ Hanzel, or a mix of both like last years' Freaknight?  No matter which route he takes Mr. Francis is one of our favorite USC regulars and always gets the crowd going.

  • Gareth Emery - Whether you are trying to continue The Saga or Meet Her in Miami, this set will have a little bit of something for everyone.

  • Grizmatik - Seattle has seen Griz and Gramatik separate recently but I am excited to see what they can do together with that funky live instrument soul sound.

  • Headhunterz - Supposedly he is retiring from hardstyle to go the route of Showtek and play tracks like this.  Let us know how you feel about that in the comment section below.

  • Kaskade - Seattle seems to have a ton of love for Kaskade and how can you not?!  Which set was your favorite: IDentity Festival, Freaks of Nature, Redux, or Paradiso last year?  Let us know in the comments section on this as well!

  • Nervo - These two dolls are interesting because their podcast and the song below seem to be more on the tech house side of things than the songs that they usually produce/play.  It would be cool to see them play a set of more music like this track!

  • Tiesto - We all enjoy a little Tiesto in one way or another, however his current tracks are just not doing it for me.  I am hoping that he will go back to his trance roots and reach deep into his library for this Freaknight and hopefully darker set.
