Minnesota, Jackal, and G Jones Embark On US Tour
Resident bass heads rejoice! Three of the most ground breaking bass artists are coming to a city near you! Minnesota, Jackal, and G Jones are setting out on a North American tour that is sure to rattle your senses. All three are known in their respective sub-genres of electronic dance music for being one of the most progressive and innovative producers. The chance to see all three in one sitting is an opportunity you should not pass up.
The headlining act of the Mind Machine Tour is Minnesota. His unique take on bass music has made him a favorite of mine, and after seeing him tour with Koan Sound earlier this year proved that his live performances are equally as good as his productions. Not one to stay away from heavy bass, Minnesota has an amazing style that mixes beautiful melodies with hard-hitting bass lines. His most recent remix of Adventure Club’s “Gold” has been on repeat since I first heard it. His album Voyager is nothing less than (inter)stellar and showcases his creative prowess. Make sure you do not miss out on seeing such a talented artist when Minnesota headlines the Mind Machine Tour later this year.
Those familiar with bass music and in particular the trap side of electronic music will be familiar with the creative genius that Jackal is. His tracks are played across most stages at major festivals and now you have the chance to see him live in a more intimate setting. His unique style of trap and hip-hop infused tracks has made him a favorite of mine and his hard-hitting style always gets the crowd truly going. Don’t miss out on getting the chance to see Jackal live as he inevitably lays down an incredible set for those lucky enough to see him live.
Last but definitely not least we have G Jones. With tracks full of high energy, grungy bass lines, and a wide variety off bass sounds, G Jones is a wonderfully diverse artist. His live sets truly show off his musicality when he incorporates everything from funk bass, to trap bangers, to songs that excite the retro gamer inside me with 8-bit sounds. G Jones pushes his sound and is not one to follow the crowd. Make sure you don’t miss out on witnessing a set unlike any you have ever heard before on the Mind Machine Tour when G Jones lays down his set.
