With the end of summer nearing, things can get a little gloomy in Seattle. We prepare for the rain, get used to earlier, darker evenings and start to begin our hibernation that is the wet, Seattle winter. However, September is generally an awesome month in our fair city and what better to spend the end of it than by heading to some amazing shows at this year's Decibel Festival
There really is a little bit for everyone at 2014's db, but once showcase where bass music is sure to shine is at September 26's Bass Cadets, featuring Paper Diamond
, Keys N Krates
. We've already told you how stoked we are to see Keys N Krates
this year, and the other three artists in this showcase make heading over to the Showbox SoDo that Friday night just that much more tantalizing.
These bass artists aren't going to play your usual crazy heavy-dubstep "melt your face off" music; you'll be catching some incredible trap and names from some of the most well-respected electronic labels around, including Mad Decent (Paper Diamond & Thugli), Dim Mak (Keys N Krates) and A-Trak's Fools Gold Records (Gladiator). If you didn't enter this contest, I'd seriously judge your choice of social plans for Friday, September 26th.
Want to enter? It's this easy. Just post the tweet we have below for you and voila, you're entered! Which of the Bass Cadets artists are you most excited to see?
