Festival Overview

What the festival planning begins now!!  With this year’s installment running from June 19th to the 22nd at Wolf Run Ranch (early entry available for purchase for 3 PM on the 18th.)  For those of you who were wondering, here is how long it would take you to get to Wolf Run Ranch from major cities nearby:

Portland: 2 hours

Seattle: 4.5 hours

Boise: 5.75 hours

Ticketing Information

All early bird tickets sold out on the first day of sales (January 8th).  However, there are still pre-sale tickets available until January 31st; so if you want to save some money, get them ASAP!  Currently there are prices listed for pre-sale and tier one tickets—both are outlined below.

GA – Presale $211.99 (after fees) | Tier I $237.75 (after fees)

OMG Experience – Presale $315 (after fees) | Tier I $340.75 (after fees)

This experience includes the following:

  • Full weekend pass
  • Express Check-in
  • Early entry on June 18th @ 3 PM
  • Front of stage viewing area
  • Drink tickets for the OMG Lounge ($30 value)
  • Dedicated entry and bar service @ OMG Lounge
  • Daily happy hour in OMG Lounge
  • Two hookah lounge passes
  • Three shower passes @ The Oasis Spa & Sauna
  • One ice voucher

There is a limited quantity, so don’t hold off too long!

Camping Information

Your festival pass includes Walk-In Camping

Car Camping – $132.87, includes a 10′ x 30′ camping area

Premium Car Camping – $185.62, includes a 12′ x 30′ camping area closest to the main festival grounds

RV & Trailer Camping – $247.75, camp in your RV in a 15′ x 30′ space


Boutique Camping Options:

RV & Trailer – $521.00, 17′ x 45′ lot in the boutique area with access to the botique concierge and a 30 amp power hookup

Safari Tent – $984.50, 12′ x 12′ canvas wall tent with a deck floor, power, lights, chairs, fan, cooler, your choice of (1) queen air bed or (2) twin air beds, full bedding, one general parking pass, access to the boutique concierge, and front deck (add AC for $211.99)

Springbar Tent – $469.50, 10′ x 10′ springbar tent with your choice of (1) queen air bed or (2) twin air beds, (2) sleeping bags, chairs, a cooler, one general parking pass, and access to the boutique concierge

Parking/Shuttle Information

General Parking – $53.74, If your vehicle has one or two people you would want to use this option.  However it seems much smarter to use the option below.

Carpool Parking – $10.00, If your vehicle has three or more people in it this is the option for you, $43.74 savings just by bringing an extra person!

Eco Shuttle – $44.18 round trip from Portland, there are two shuttles in and two shuttles out!
In: Friday June 19th @ 1 Pm or Saturday June  20th @ 11 AM
Out: Sunday June 21st @ 5:30 PM or Monday June 22nd @ 10:45 AM
