RL Grime’s Void Tour Takes Over The Neptune 1/20 & 1/22

RL Grime released his first studio album Void on November 14th.  He recently wrapped up the first leg of the tour and decided to add another one due to (unsurprising) popular demand.  Two of the first three tour dates on the 2015 leg of the Void tour are in sold out and in Seattle at the Neptune on January 2oth and 22nd and if you didn’t get tickets, I am so, so sorry.  RL Grime is bringing Lunice and Tommy Kruise along with him for what is sure to be one of the most epic shows to hit the Pacific Northwest this month!  If you have the chance to snag a last minute ticket, it is highly recommended.  Here is the album in case you missed it!

With features from Boys Noize, Big Sean, Djemba Djemba, and How To Dress Well, this is one of the best, if not the best trap album release I have heard from top to bottom.  RL Grime does an amazing job of telling a story with ups and downs instead of an album with banger after banger (which with the state of music these days, is wildly impressive to accomplish with a trap album).  The last album that I felt this kind of incredible way about was Porter Robinsons’ Worlds.

If you are not in Seattle, don’t worry, as RL Grime will be hitting up other cities including Vancouver BC, Spokane, Portland OR, Eugene, Missoula, Boise, Reno, Oakland, Chico, SLO, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Tulsa, Little Rock, Memphis, Birmingham, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tampa, Orlando, and Miami.  You can get further information on RL Gri.me.
