‘All Day I Dream’ Takes Over Governors Island July 10th

‘All Day I Dream’ is set to bring DJs/producers Lee Burridge and Matthew DeKay to New York City this Sunday. Drawing deep inspiration from Burning Man, but placing the party in urban settings across the world, including New York, Toronto and Moscow, ‘All Day I Dream’ features not only legendary musical talent, but magical aesthetics as well, including a traveling “living wall” covered in plants and transforming as the party moves from day to night. This is the perfect way to spend a summer Sunday, escaping from the concrete jungle of Manhattan and immersing yourself in the organic, natural and warm feel for which ‘All Day I Dream’ is known.

‘All Day I Dream’ was spawned from a sunny rooftop party in Brooklyn back in 2011 and has grown into a global movement. Not limited to its phenomenal sound system, it’s a total experience modeled in the vision of the legendary Lee Burridge. Excited to bring that party back to it’s roots, Lee states, “It’s not only the music. It’s the energy created by the loyal community of dreamers who attend each and every event. Everyone is an important part of what makes it so unique and special. You can’t put your finger on what it is, but it’s definitely there.”

Lee will be joined by longtime ‘All Day I Dream’ stalwart Matthew DeKay as well as House maestro and studio devotee YokoO to assist in bringing his vision to life. Fusing the curation of music and emotional experience, these artists are sure to bring the iconic experience to Governors Island. ‘All Day I Dream’s’ goal is a return to the simple delights; broad smiles, beautiful souls and a bewitching aural and visual treat for the senses.
