Echostage Has Labor Day Weekend ‘Under Control’

You don’t want to think about it right now, but summer is almost over. Pretty soon many of you will be headed back to school, off to college or even getting ready for Congress to be back in session. Labor Day weekend is usually the last hurrah.

Echostage has the Washington metropolitan area covered for Labor Day weekend with two of the biggest names in dance music making appearances. Armin Van Buuren will takeover the venue on Friday, September 2nd and Swedish producer Alesso will hit the stage on Sunday, September 4th.

I put together some of my all-time favorite Armin Van Buuren and Alesso tracks for you to play on repeat (in no particular order) before LDW. Both of these shows have a high probability of selling out so get your tickets or tables early.

Armin Van Buuren – Friday, September 2nd at Echostage

Hailing from Leiden, Netherlands the ‘King of Trance’ is one of the top talents in the world. Not only is he a DJ and producer but he’s a songwriter, co-founder of Armada Music and even has a law degree. Van Buuren is no stranger to Washington, D.C. as he has played in The District almost every year since 2002.

Get your tickets here for what is sure to be an epic night at Echostage.

Alesso – Sunday, September 4th at Echostage

The 25-year-old has already racked up many industry accolades and is considered one of the top names in dance music. Alesso had a massive 2015 with the release of his first full-length album ‘Forever’ released on Universal’s Def Jam Recordings. He is currently on his 2016 World Tour in addition to playing his residency shows at Encore Beach Club and XS Nightclub at the Encore Las Vegas.
