Vertex Festival Debuts in Colorado This Weekend
Vertex Festival 2016 has certainly managed to set itself apart, far apart from your basic everyday music festival. It’s inaugural debut will take place in the beautiful town of Buena Vista, Colorado. This festival is nestled just shy of 8,000 feet above sea level, and surrounded by year-round snowcapped 14’ers. Cottonwood Creek runs through both the campgrounds and the festival itself. Believe us when we say that performing a Google image search will do it no justice until you see it in person.
With Vertex Festival approaching this weekend Only The Beat sat and discussed our “Top Five Dance Music Performances” you won’t want to miss!
OTB’s Top Five Can’t Miss Sets
Headlining the Princeton Garden main stage on Saturday night, Odezsa is sure to put on a performance that you won’t want to miss. Watch the behind the scenes footage as they get ready to perform at Red Rocks. The excitement to see these guys live raises the hair on our arms!
Odesza: In Return Red Rocks
Gramatik just dropped his new album “Epigram” earlier this year, adding a ton of fresh material to his personal arsenal. Mixing it all together will surely be one of the top performances to see. Maybe if we are lucky he might throw it back to an old school classic like “Just Jammin.”

#3 Duke Dumont
With “For Club Play Only 4” fresh out of the oven, Duke Dumont is on a roll. Currently in the middle of a two-month long intercontinental tour, this will be one of four shows in the U.S. before leaving the country. Be sure to catch his live set and sing along to “Ocean Drive” as it will certainly have you moving!
