I can’t say it enough, Euphoria Music Festival in Austin, Texas is a must-see event this year. From the first phase of artists in Phase 1
to the ecstatic addition in Phase 2
, I didn’t think it could get better. Luckily I was wrong as they released Phase 3 of their lineup, adding more than 10 local artists along with funk masters Big Gigantic, progressive kings Tritonal and rap artist Yung Lean. Can April 10th
get here any sooner?
I’m just gonna let you ogle over the full lineup for a minute… pretty amazing isn’t it?
While you are still drooling over the awesomeness that is this lineup, click play on Euphoria’s soundtrack on their SoundCloud and you will that undoubtedly hear tracks that will be dropped over the weekend.
Euphoria Fest 2015
With a little less than a month before the event, everyone is wondering who will be playing on which day, will there be any conflicting stage times (this answer is always a resounding "yes") can I purchase single day tickets? Luckily for us, Euphoria has released the headliner lineup for each day. Check them out below and let us know which day you would most enjoy!
Friday seems to have a little bit of everything as Adventure Club
, STS9 and Tritonal headline that night along with Paper Diamond, Emancipator Ensemble and Eoto and friends. Saturday looks like it will be the chillest and funkiest day as Pretty Lights and Ghostland Observatory headline the night with Grandtheft
, Thomas Jack
and The New Deal supporting them. Euphoria has stated that Pretty Lights and Ghostland’s set times won’t overlap to much rejoicing. Sunday will certainly be Funday as Big Gigantic, RL Grime
and Thievery Corporation close out the festival with a bang. Yung Lean, Break Science, EDX and Savoy will also be joining in the fun on Sunday as this day sounds like it will have the most diverse lineup of the weekend. Which day sounds better to you?
Grab your tickets to the fourth Euphoria Music Festival
now as they continue to increase in price before the festival. While I’m writing this post, tickets are increasing from $144 to around $160, which is still an amazing price for a 3 day festival these days. The camping pass isn’t included but adds only $60 to your ticket price. Single day prices are sitting at $54 a day for now, but that will change shortly. Any which way you look at it though, this is a must attend event. As festival lineups start featuring the same artists, everyone looks for that lineup that breaks the norm. This one does just that.
Enjoy the playlist and start preparing for what is sounding like an amazing festival season. If you can, head down to Austin April 10-12 for Euphoria Music Festival along with checking out their “Road to Euphoria” concert series, highlighting some of the best artists that will be in attendance there.
Is there any better season than festival season? I don’t think so.
