The PNW Is Getting Invaded By Bass

Tickets are on sale now. Get them while they last (and they won’t) here.

USC Events has just announced their next installment of jaw dropping bookings with this year’s Bass Academy. Each year, USC flies in the best of the best to royally school Seattle in the ways of bass music, and this year they have outdone themselves.

Featuring Adventure Club at this year’s headliner, this session of the academy is already off to a great start. But with support from 6 absolutely mental b2b performances from artists who can easily hold a stage by themselves, Seattle has entered the Ivy Leagues. Skism b2b Must Die!, ETC!ETC! b2b Lookas, Habstrakt b2b Lumberjack, Antiserum b2b Boombox Cartel, Truth b2b Stylust Beats, and last but not least Just One b2b Subsonic Drops.

Yes, as if to finally settle the debate of which city, Seattle or Denver, is the Bass Capitol of the US, the PNW raises the stakes to claim the title once and for all.

This year’s Bass Academy will take place at the Tacoma Dome, in well…Tacoma, but don’t fret! While it’s not everyone’s favorite venue, single stage shows at the Tacoma Dome have been fantastic in the past. With the inclusion of a 150,000 watt PK Sound System, this really does have all the signs of shaping up into one hell of a show.

From LA to Seattle, the West Coast has always been my home and I take great pride in the music scene we have here. Bass music is my first love, but in reality I love and appreciate all types of music...besides country. Let the music talk. You just have to be ready to listen.
