Ultra Music Festival 2016: OTB’s Top 10 Must-See Acts
Ultra Music Festival begins tomorrow in Miami, so we thought we’d share our top 10 must-see acts ahead of the big event. If you spot us at any of these sets make sure to come bust a move with us.
10. Nero Live
Nero had a massive 2015 with the release of “Between II Worlds,” and a tour across North America. Catch them on the Live Stage on Saturday 3/19 at 9:30 PM.
He’s on the ASOT stage before Eric Prydz. We aren’t saying there will be a B2B set with those two but sincerely hoping it happens.Be there on Sunday, 3/20, 6:10 PM.
8. Miike Snow
After four years, Miike Snow recently released their new album “iii” and we are pumped as they return to the stage! Catch them closing out the Live Stage on Friday 3/18 at 11 PM.
7. Pendulum Returns
After disbanding in 2011, Pendulum is back to headline the Ultra Main Stage alongside former members of the group Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen of Knife Party. This is sure to be nothing short of epic. They take the stage at 9:40 PM on Sunday, March 20th.
6. Eric Prydz
ASOT Stage on March 20th at 7:30 PM. Pretty sure there isn’t anything else to say here. You know what to do.
The Swedish duo of Christian Karlsson and Linus Eklow are one of our favorites. They make their Ultra Main Stage debut on 3/20 at 5:15 PM. Get ready to dance your butt off with these two! See you there Seafox Nation!
4. Hot Since 82
We remember watching Kaskade’s 2014 face-melting Ultra set wishing we were there. There is no way we are missing his set after the release of his album “Automatic” this past Fall. Kaskade hits the main stage on 3/18 at 7:45 PM. Need a reminder of 2014, full set is below.

2. Patrick Topping
If you aren’t familiar with Patrick Topping, it’s time to make that happen. Had the pleasure of seeing him for the first time at Electric Zoo 2015 and he blew us away. He’s on the Resistance Stage at 2:30 PM on March 19th. You will not want to miss him. Here’s a little preview:

And our #1 can’t miss is…
Carl Cox & Friends
This is Carl Cox’s only U.S. festival appearance in 2016 so don’t miss it. The two-day lineup at the Megastructure is probably one of the best of the festival. Lineup is below:
Jon Rundell B2B Cristian Varela
