that spike kid - Broken Wing

that spike kid – Broken Wing

Interesting Electro / Trap hybrid, probably going to see a lot more of this in 2014. Well done Seattle fam!

Keep It Deep Vol XI

DJKato – Keep It Deep Vol XI

Awesome 3 hour mix of deep house, in his own words: 3 hour mix covering a range of styles from deep house to straight-up house to tech-house to banging techno, all assembled with an underlying driving groove to keep listeners shaking throughout. This is a pre-BPM Festival mix, intended to represent a whole night… from when you walk into the bar/club at 11pm to moving to the middle of the dancefloor at 2pm to watching the sun come up at 6am. Look out for another mix once I get back from Playa and have some time to absorb the new sounds from the world’s best underground DJs.

Zeke Thomas - Regret (Chachi Extended Mix)

Deaf Operator – Blue Tides

Some downtempo trance to nod to today. Not the most complex, but a catchy tune

Justin Ham. - Kill You

Justin Ham. – Kill You

This is…super intense in your face electro…Not a fan of the title, but if your a dub/electro/hardcore fan, this track is for you.

Stef Agostino - The Meltdown (Original Mix)

Really liked this one, seems to be the most established of the grab bag artists

Milk N Cookies - Bring Da Funk Back (John Kim's Bro House Bootleg)
Milk N Cookies – Bring Da Funk Back (John Kim’s Bro House Bootleg)

No joke, this is what John Kim said to us about this track:

“I just got back into lifting recently and was killin some squats the other day when I got inspired to make some lifting/bro rage music. So I decided to make a remix of the two biggest bros, Milk N Cookies. Let me know what ya’ll think! Feel free to download.”

Maybe one day one of these artists will surprise us and be the next big thing! Kinda like…
