Estiva’s podcast takes your Friday night to the next level

Watch out dance music fans, Estiva might be taking dance music to the next level. I just listened to Trance superstar Estiva’s podcast from last week, and I’m significantly more hyped about tonight than I was before. As an absolute addict of the type of melodic, electro-infused hard-hitting Trance Estiva produces, hearing the tracks he selected for the week’s episode only made me love him even more. Michael Brun’s latest (and frankly greatest) remix opens up the episode, instantly whisking you away into the weekend as the not-so-complex vocals are met with the familiar sounds of progressive house mastermind Dirty South. The episode continues with a mashup of two of my personal favorites, Easy and One More Time, the former significantly influenced in its inception by the latter.

The rest of the episode is a brilliant mix of Estiva’s own brand of Trance as well as releases from exciting new projects such as Axwell ^ Ingrosso. On top of all the great track selections, Estiva has 5 remixes/bootlegs of his own in the mix!!! That tells me his creative juices are going and he is beginning to take his brand to the next level.

If you only listen to one thing to start your Friday night off right, put in your headphones and chune in.

Wilder, aka 'Will King' is a true aficionado when it comes to writing about his biggest passion in life. Since getting thrust into the EDM scene in July 2011, Wilder has brought an array of different styles to the table, being careful never to completely rule out any one style or subgenre. Raised in New York City, he currently attends school in Colorado, where he has been adamantly exploring the local dance scene. Arty, Cosmic Gate, Dirty South, Sander Van Doorn and naturally Armin are Will King's favorite artists. Although they live almost 1000 miles away from eachother, WKing and Dan Tab each claim they have the best and most energetic dance moves on the OTB team...."Don't try and trade Kandi with me. What does PLUR even mean?"
