Stay in Motion with Draper ’s New Tune “Inertia”
I don’t know about you but I’ve been missing some good bass music recently. Many of the original bass kings such as Skrillex and Seven Lions have been exploring other genres and because of that there seems to be a lack of hot bass music these days. I’ve got good news! If you’re a basshead, like me, don’t worry, Draper shows us that bass music follows Newton’s first law of physics, an object in motion tends to stay in motion aka Inertia.
Draper – Inertia
Draper shows off his growing prowess at producing as he creates a glitchy, bass-filled melody that will make anyone want to move their feet and bob their head. The combination of fast-paced staccato notes with some smooth bass is perfect for those days when you’re feeling something a bit heavier than usually but don’t want to blow your ears out. Some nice synth work is played over the glitch beat which creates a Pretty Lights-esque sound. I could describe this tune for days but you don’t want to read my ranting, just press play and enjoy.
If this is any indication of what Draper has in store for us, we are on the brink of another bass explosion, and boy, I am excited. Check out all of Draper’s music over on his SoundCloud along with supporting him on Facebook and his own website. Keep your eye out for more new music from him along with all the other artists on Monstercat, definitely a label you should be keeping up with.
