Autograf Turns Avicii Tropical

Avicii – Waiting For Love (Autograf Remix)

Future house is how Autograph‘s remixes and original works are described, but should we still be calling it future house if Autograph’s music is quickly taking over the present? The three producers from Chicago have succeeded with whatever experimentation lead them to the sound they have now, and their new remix to Avicii‘s Waiting For Love, only solidifies that.

The group, made up of Jake Carpenter, Louis Kha and Mikul Wing, is building steam as they’ve spent much of the past year touring. This new remix is full of the tropical sound we’ve fallen in love with almost overnight, but actually has a deeper, low-tone bass line through much of the song that makes this even more exciting for a deep-house listener.

This remix, along with other recent works by Autograf, is only going to grow in popularity at an increasing rate. The reason? What better sound than the good-time-vibes of Autograf is there to have as the soundtrack to your summer parities and other hot-weather shenanigans?

And to think — Autograf’s roots don’t necessarily come from music, at least not at first. They began as a visual art outlet for other artists to express their creativity, since Jake, Louis and Mikul all come from a visual arts and design background. You can expect their live shows to have surprises in the future, like the prototype being worked on by the group to make the band’s instruments light reactive.

Future house with future lighting affects and visuals? Lets hope Autograf’s new projects become the present.
