Brian Cross Speaks On His Constantly Developing Sound
With his powerful and musically rich productions gathering him fans all across the globe, we took some time to speak to the great Brian Cross. 2016 is looking like it’s going to be another exciting year for this artist – we got the lowdown on why.

OTB: Your sound seems to be constantly evolving – how would you describe it?
BC: “I try always to evolve. Music is a way of living, and every experience that I live makes me change a bit, and this is reflected in my music!”
OTB: When did you first start making music and why?
BC: “I started when I was 17 years old. I discovered Jean Michel Jarre and then my life changed completely. I understood that electronic music was the way of living that made me happy!”
OTB: Who would you say continues to inspire you musically?
BC: “I’m a super fan of people like Sarah McLaghlan, and actually I feel attracted to people like Adele and others. Music changes constantly and I love it!”
OTB: Do you play out the HEREN remix of “Unbreakable” in your sets at the moment?
BC: “Yes I do, it’s a fresh remix, and it fits perfectly in the beginning of my sets!”
OTB: What are your resolutions for next year?
BC: “Im releasing my artist album with Sony Music/Ultra, with big collaborations like Ricky Martin and Yandel for example coming up! Also, I’m confirmed to play at some of the biggest world festivals, I’m feeling so motivated!”
OTB: Do you have any standout moments from 2015?
BC: “Tomorrowland Belgium was super for me, and my Ibiza weekly residence, at SuperMartxe, the best and biggest Ibiza party. Also my sets at Ushuaia Ibiza with Hardwell, Martn Garrix and Armin Van Buuren.”
