Lazy Sundays 08

What’s up everyone? It’s Sunday again finally, and I’m back with another edition of Lazy Sundays with Only The Beat. Let’s get started.

Jon Moyer – freq.shift 181

I have been listening to Jon Moyer’s freq.shift podcast for a while now, and it has to be one of the best lesser-known techno podcasts out there. Jon’s last few podcasts have been real funky. Be sure to download this episode and take it with you to the beach, pool party, whatever you do for fun that calls for loud music.

Time Flies – I Choose You  (Fedde Le Grand Remix)

Epic, in every which way. Big ups to Fedde on the huge remix. Bump it.

Jump Up | ASCENSION 001 ft. Amenzo & Victor Niglio

I’m very excited for my friends over at Jump Up for dropping a new iTunes podcast. Amenzo and Victor Niglio are making noise out here on the east coast. For the electro and big room fans out there, check this out and be sure to subscribe to Jump Up | ASCENSION on iTunes.

Prok & Fitch & Filthy Rich – Justified (Original Club Mix)

“We’re sending this one out to all the ladies all year”. Beats on beats on beats.

Hardwell vs. Autoerotique, Felix Cartal – Encoded Alarm (Hardwell Mashup) [M4TH3U5 Reboot]

Damnnnnn. Hardwell dropped this in his Ultra Main Stage set. I finally found a quality version to post. This is just massive.

Orjan Nilsen – Endymion (Original Mix)

Always great to hear this track.

Afrojack – Raybomb (Original Mix)

I am a big fan of Afrojack’s new material. It’s confetti music, but let’s be honest, we all need the adrenaline rush sometimes. This just sounds damn good.

Erick Morillo – Dancin (Tristan Garner Remix)

Who remembers this? I dug this up. Great to hear this again.

ilan Bluestone – Capetown (Original Mix)

This is my favorite track from 2012, and this is a dope video. Turn the volume up, fullscreen this, and enjoy the journey.

Laidback Luke – DJsounds Show 2011

Luke has been the latest legendary producer under fire for his recent productions/remixes. Luke has handled it very well, as he always does with his friendly, personable demeanor on social media. He’s stood his ground as he should. If you need a reminder that Luke is still one of the best in the game, enjoy the next 60 minutes. It’s pretty neat to watch Luke at work. He’s easily one of the best mixers ever. He makes it look too easy.

I hope you enjoyed this week’s edition. It’s a little bit more hype than usual, but you have to mix it up sometimes.

Don’t work too hard this week. I’ll see you again next Sunday.

Cheers.
