Team Supreme Drops Beat Cypher #116

The progressive beat collective known as Team Supreme continues to impress on a weekly basis with their barrage of “Beat Cyphers.”   With rules proposed by artist members of the Team and a new beat construction challenge almost every week, the TS crew provides a unique snapshot into the life cycle and development of some of today’s hottest emerging producers like Mr. Carmack (Mad Decent), Tk Kayembe (prod. for Angel Haze), Djemba Djemba (lots of Mad Decent tracks), Kendo (1/2 of Two Fresh) and more.

Rolling about 18 producers deep now (with occasional guest appearances both on stage and in cyphers) Team Supreme is an evolving and growing musical force to be reckoned with.  This week brings you Beat Cypher Volume 116.   Check out the Team Supreme page on SoundCloud to listen to their history of Cyphers, and if you’re in Los Angeles, you can see them perform on July 4th at The Standard downtown or July 18th at The Echoplex with Daedelus and Magical Properties.
