What So Not Flying To Europe Mix / OWSLA After Dark Mix
Personally my favorite artists, What So Not continually brings some of the most progressive and unique mixes to the table. Known for their original tracks such as Jaguar and Touched, Emoh Instead and Flume are an unstoppable force of their “bang sex” music style. Their live shows are equally as impressive and to back it all up they have released a few different mixes that really showcase their talent. Here are two from them; their most recent and my overall favorite.
Crizzly Presents Crunkstep Volume 2 (Back 2 Da Streets)
If you are a lover of hip-hop Crizzly have got you covered. This mix is an oldie but a goodie and can constantly be heard blasting from my car as i drive around Seattle. Mixing hip-hop with dubstep and trap to create his signature style of “crunkstep,” Crizzly has time after time shown off why he deserves your attention and listening ears. Listen now to get crunked.
Kill The Noise OWSLA After Dark Mix
Kill The Noise is one of the masters of mixing and musicality. Every time I have seen him step up to the decks it has been nothing less than superb. His mix for OWSLA I feel really captures KTN’s abilities at mixing and has become one of my all time favorites to listen to. Check it out now and enter the heavy heavy world of Kill The Noise.
Slow Magic Pigeons And Planes / Love 2014 Mixes
Slowing it down a little, Slow Magic brings you the sexy bass. Not hard hitting, not earth shattering, but instead groovy and sexy bass to get you into the mood or relax you after a long day on the job. I have included two of his mixes for reasons of they are short half hour sets as well as the fact that they both are so great in their own individual way. Take some time for yourself with Slow Magic.
Zeds Dead Altered States Summer Mix
Zeds Dead has released a lot of mixes over the years, but none has held my attention for as long as the Altered States Summer Mix. Zeds Dead shows off their world class mixing and song progression extremely well throughout the entire mix and there are a few sections of the mix that I think are some of the best examples of music mixing out of any DJ. Find your other state with Zeds Dead now.
Excision Shambhala Mix (2013 & 2014)
The master of heavy bass has provided us with mixes from his yearly set at Shambhala. Excision shows time and time again why he is one of the leading dubstep/bass acts in the world. Here are his two most recent Shambhala mixes. I tried to narrow it down to just one of them, but both are so good I simply could not. Enjoy over three hours of hard hitting bass music courtesy of the master of dubstep, Excision.
