Allies for Everyone releases their new single “Supernatural” (Remixes) on June 4th digitally via KID Recordings including remixes by Blue Foundation, Chuck Buckett, Rubber Ross and Laurent Leroy. In celebration of the release, NYC fans are warmly invited to the official “Supernatural” (Remixes) Record Release Party onThursday, May 30 at Lil Charlies. The party features a hybrid/live DJ set by Allies For Everyone as well as DJ sets by Laurent Leroy, Rubber Ross an surprise special guests.

The second single lifted off of their critically-acclaimed 2012 Scavenger EP, the dynamic set provides a striking glimpse into the multidimensional nature of Allies For Everyone’s rich sound with four radically different interpretations.   Allies own Brian Suarez reinvents the dreamy electro-pop bounce of the original into a percolating, dancefloor friendly electro-house groove while Brooklyn-based producer/remixer/DJ, Chuck Buckett, delivers an energized, sexy and sly workout with driving melodic keys heavily rooted in classic 80s synth-pop and contemporary nu disco flair – with equal appeal to mainstream and underground EDM fans – rivaling his recent mixes for artists like Deluka and Ke$ha.

NYC-based DJ Laurent Leroy turns down the tempo recasting the song into a moody, minimal deep house dub where low pulsing bass, warm clapping effects and drifty auto-tuned vocal samples set the scene for a dark, ambient late night voyage. Rubber Ross takes you back to the disco with their narcotic mix which fits neatly in a playlist or DJ set alongside Donna Summer and Giorgio Moroder and future classic heroes like Classixx, Goldroom, RAC, Cassian and Plastic Plates.  Suarez’s silky vocals take center stage underscored by glossy synths, thrusting sequencers and an undeniable arpeggiated bassline.  Otherworldly electronic/dream pop duo Blue Foundation offers the set’s most inventive reconstruction providing an intricate glitched-out, industrial-inspired take on the sultry original with jarring drums and enveloping dark keys. Suarez recently contributed to the group’s In My Mind I Am Free Reconstructed remix album (out on Dead People’s Choice), which included mixes by Sun Glitters, Jonas Bjerre (Mew), Rumpistol, Manual, Opiate, Neon Cloud, Ghost Bike, Minilogue and Ghost Society.

“Allies For Everyone’s melody-driven sound is a combination of gut-wrenching soul and electro happy bounce. Dance, weep and burst into laughter all at once via Brian’s aural aptitude.”

– Vibe Magazine

“Beautifully innocent club tracks that serve as the perfect alloy of sweet 80’s synth pop and new school electro jack, Allies have found a sound that should – and probably will – melt the coldest of hearts.”

 – Time Out New York

A peaceful sentiment drifting on top of an insistent pulse: that’s the Allies guarantee. The music is fuller, the beats more perplexingly intricate, and the tone more unequivocally playful.
