has been taking some massive personal and professional leaps these past few years. 2011 included his brilliant 3D holographic video and lighting production, “EPIC” at a sold-out O2 Academy Brixton in London. In 2012, he tackled his crippling fear of flying to join Identity Festival’s North American tour where hoards of loyal fans scrambled for a chance to finally see the legend in action.
Now, following the early 2012 release of his 3-disc debut artist album under the alias ‘Pryda’, Prydz proves that despite a brief hiatus, his music still possesses that hair-raising power we know it so well for. ‘Pryda’ is not just trance, but an epic, emotional, musical exploration. I for one cannot wait to see where this Swedish legend will take us next.
