Pierce Fulton’s best track of the year
Pierce Fulton is officially back on my radar with his new two track release on CR2 Records: Kuaga/Noon Gun.
Kuaga has been making its way around the airwaves over the last few weeks seeing support from fellow artists like Above & Beyond, W&W, Tritonal, Maor Levi, and Tommy Trash. It’s a banger. I’m a huge fan of tracks that use the beauty of different languages. I appreciate all genres of vocal music that use the human voice as an instrument, but tracks like Kuaga, or Ali Wilson’s tracks Nyx and Pandora, seem even more powerful when I don’t know the meaning behind the words. Pandora is such a massive track I’ll make sure to include it below.
I almost wish Pierce Fulton had released Kuaga as a single because Noon Gun is definitely overshadowed and almost seems like an after thought; although I’m sure that was never his intent. But hey, that’s just my personal opinion, take a listen for yourself and let me know what you think in the comments.
