Coming from the shores of Newport Beach, Aaron Cool definitely knows how to throw a party. I mean, it would be hard not to with a name like Sex Panther
. Aaron gets to live out the dream of anyone who's stood in the crowd at a festival, looked up on stage, and wanted to be the one behind the decks and commanding the crowd. Back in 2011, along with his friend Ryan Fontana, Aaron seized an opportunity and within about year was traveling around the world on tour. A Vegas residency would also follow. It's obvious that Sex Panther is about making the shows memorable for the fans. Built on a foundation of "contagious enthusiasm, with a touch of hedonism," Sex Panther is a shining example that a lot personality and a very memorable name goes a long way.
After Fontana left the duo to pursue other interests, Aaron continued on the scene as a solo act, now driven by his desire to make things happen on his own. “Now that it’s just me, I know that if I don’t do something, no one’s going to help out at all,” he mentioned in an interview with LessThan3. Setting off to maintain the sound that people will recognize him for, but still determined to add his own new style, Sex Panther's newest remix of the BRKLYN/Paul Oakenfold
collaboration, "U Are." Putting some serious energy into the emotional beats of BRKLYN and the hypnotic vocals of Amba Shepard, it's easy to see that Aaron is definitely succeeding in his goals.
