Review: MdS – Lexman incl. remix by Andrea Frisina

If you like big bad techno tracks that really arrest your attention then look no further than this new EP on the Gate Null Recordings label. It is one famed for its techno sounds and this new release is true to that aesthetic. It comes from the man MdS and is backed with a healthy remix by the ever on point label boss, Andrea Frisina.

The first cut is Lexman from MdS and is all about a visceral impact. Techno never sounded so big, bold and dark than in this mans hands and with its percussion and killer synth lines it really will blow you away. Andrea Frisina’s remix is one that really stands out with its super busy and militant snares racing over wood block beats. Filled with tension and drama it is a brilliantly modern techno cut that cannot fail to make an impact on the floor. It really breathes new life into the original and steals the show as a result.
