As the young Michael Badal celebrates the long awaited release of his album Now That We’re Human, he is also awaiting a slew of support from great artists putting their spin on the primarily progressive collection of tracks. Least of whom is trance maestro, Johnny Yono, who has been turning heads with his ultra driving, large scale interpretation of trance music.
"Fly (Never Come Down Again)" is among Badal’s most uplifting songs in recent memory with a stellar performance from Lotte Kestner providing the vocals. The beat is the main attraction here however, and Yono makes sure that the listener will feel it in every inch of their body. Powerful, dynamic chords lead this aggressive tune, but Johnny also seamlessly transitions that energy into the touching and uplifting breakdown. As always, Yono keeps never leaves the trance domain, but packs a giant punch like his progressive house counterparts. Already receiving support from Ferry Corsten, Johnny’s remix of "Fly" is a more than appropriate summer banger.
