Stop “Time” with Snavs New Single
Each second that you’re not listening to Snavs is a second you’re missing out on the rise of the new Monstercat artist. The Danish producer announced his newest partnership with the Canadian label with new track “Time.” Each snare hit… a tick of the clock, the melody… full of bass. What does that mean? A track needed in all your playlists.
Snavs – Time
The opening sequence sets the tone as the snare mimics the tick-tock of a clock. Deep bass notes build “Time” and growls flow in and out of the piece before a melodic bass/future bass melody is dropped making all our heads move like a metronome. Snavs (which means ‘dirt’ in Danish) shows off his dirty style in “Time,” so if you love dirty bass with a side of melodic, this is the perfect track for you.
“I’ve always wanted to make a more melodic track, and I’m happy that I finally managed to make it, and still keep the ‘Snavs vibe’ in it. The reason I called the track ‘Time’, is because I have a ticking clock in the intro, and I also made the snare sound like a ticking clock…. For me it’s a huge thing in my career to release an original on Monstercat. I’m a big fan of the label and the artists that they release!”
Snavs has had previous music supported by popular artists including Diplo and DJ Snake and with “Time,” I see that number growing even more. Maybe Alison Wonderland, Hermitude, Mija or other future bass/trap artists will fit this into their new sets? Only time will tell…
Purchase “Time” now from iTunes, Beatport and Bandcamp and give Snavs a follow on Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud. Take a listen to “Time” and comment below with your thoughts on the track. Be on the lookout for more tracks from Snavs and Monstercat coming soon.
