Aero Chord & Klaypex Let the Bass “Be Free” in New Single
Fellow Monstercat artist Aero Chord decided to join with Klaypex to give us “Be Free,” a big bass track containing the hardest drum kick I’ve heard all year. This future bass track combines that enormous kick with a choppy melody, making this a must own for all bass lovers out there. Give it a listen below.
Aero Chord & Klaypex – Be Free
Aero Chord is mostly known for heavy bass like tracks like “Saiko,” but between his recent remix of Above & Beyond’s “Fly Me to New York” and adding the glitch-hop funk trio Klaypex into the mix, he’s proving that he has a smoother, more melodic side; but let me be clear…this track still beats.
Chopped vocals pave the way for a head-bobbing melody accented perfectly by the drum kick, giving “Be Free” an edge to other tracks in this genre. The initial drop has your body moving before the bridge takes the synthesizer out, leaving only the vocals and the drums behind. What comes after is just pure awesomeness.
The breakdown gives us an even better drum kick and adds a rumbling bass into the mix that is sure to ruin any subwoofers standing in its way. “Be Free” is a message to the low frequencies and Aero Chord and Klaypex do them justice.
You can purchase “Be Free” now from Beatport and Bandcamp with support on iTunes coming soon. Make sure to give Aero Chord and Klaypex a follow on SoundCloud and keep your eyes peeled for even more Monstercat releases coming soon.
